Nepal, the land of the world's highest peak Mount Everest, has remained one of the richest countries in terms of bio-diversity due to its unique geographical features and variation. The wild variation fosters an incredible variety of eco-systems, the greatest mountain range on earth, the spectacular geography and the richest cultural landscapes add more to its beauty. There are, of course, many wonders and splendid natural resources like green forests, lakes, waterfalls, snow-clad mountains, diverse flora and fauna etc. Nepal has a glorious history, culture and tradition that date back to time immemorial. Not to forget the brave Gurkhas, a name that has earned world-wide reputation in bravery.
With over a 25 million people comprising of different races and ethnic groups, Nepal has a diverse culture, language and dialect.
Nepal is also a labour exporting country with a substantial number of Nepalese workers currently working in different parts of the world. It should be noted that remittance has been the backbone of the country's economy.
