  • Step 1 : Pre –Approval

    The Pre-Approval demanded from The Labour Department Of Nepal

  • Step 2 : Advertisement

    The advertisement of the needs from foreign firm is possible to be kept in National Daily Newspaper based on the essential of the employer.

  • Step 3 : Interview & Selection

    This is the screening step of staffing in which the nominees goes with interview process and the demanded applications are screened out and qualified candidates are appointed as per the necessities.

  • Step 4 : Medical Test

    After selection of the Eployees, they should carry out the Medical tests by the employment agencies to confirm the fitness of the applicants.

  • Step 4 : Training & Consults

    Training is a part of encouragements given to the employees in order to conceive and extend them within the situation. in This Process We Discussed about the rules and regulation of candidates processed countries and talk about the procedure for travelling and all the conditions for job..

  • Step 5 : Visa process

    In this we send all the required documents like passport, aplicant photo, medical report & aplicant other documents to employee/foriegn companies and wait for the visa.

  • Step 6 : Orientation

    Afetr Collecting The Visa, We inform all the workers Concerning jobs, safety procedures, the climate conditions, teach them to honor the different religions, rules and regulations of the country, customs and traditions of the other nationalities they will meet and work with. The objective is to give them some idea of their place of work and environment before their departure so that they can adjust easily to their new environment on their arrival in the place of work.

  • Step 7 : Travelling & Departure Arrangement

    After receiving final-Approval, we proceed the travel arrangement of the candidate. We have our personel travel agency that will provide proper and safe assistance to candidates during the travel. in short we do all the travelling arrangement and proper guide as well as be in touch from start to end of journey or you can say departure to arrival.

  • Step 8 : Asking For experience

    This is our last process in this we contact to applicants and eployee and understand what is the possition.
